“The Acts of the Apostles” A creative group of parishioners who produce a musical review-type show each year. Rehearsals usually begin in October or November for performances in January. Proceeds are donated to Queen of Apostles’ adopted faith community in Tacna, Peru.

Bingo Each Saturday night at Queen of Apostles’ Alberte Center, enjoy playing Bingo for cash prizes. Concessions are available also. Come have fun and help your parish school. Many volunteers are needed each week. More info...

Booster Club The Booster Club was founded to financially support Parish and School activities and facilities. The Booster Club also provides funding for various equipment needs throughout the Parish and School. Booster Club is also a big part of the Bingo effort here at Queen of Apostles.
Future plans include Boosters Club sponsorship of various social activities for Parish members along with continued fundraising activities.

Christian Women (CW) Queen of Apostles’ Christian Women was founded in 1904 and serves our parish in three areas: Spiritual, Service and Social. More info...

Dartball Team The Queen of Apostles Dartball Team is comprised of men and women, 16 years and older from the Parish. The team competes in the Kettle Moraine Dartball League, whose members include churches in west central Waukesha County.
The game involves throwing wood darts, underhand, at a board setup with a baseball diamond. Nine team members are in the lineup with scoring done on a “baseball rule” basis. Practice begins in September, and the league season ends in March.

Knights of Columbus Council #3562 The Knights of Columbus is a Catholic, family, fraternal service organization with more than 1.5 million members who are dedicated to Catholic causes including support of the unborn, handicapped and elderly in our society.
The Kettle Moraine Council #3562 sponsors events for youth such as the Punt, Pass and Kick program in October, the Christmas Poster contest in November and a basketball free throw contest in February-March. Other projects include the annual Tootsie Roll sale in spring, with all profits benefiting local organizations that help the mentally disabled. The Knights are dedicated to helping our Clergy, seminarians and fellow parishioners.

Men’s Softball Team This Soft Ball Team is comprised of men, 16 years and older from the Parish. The team competes in the Town of Pewaukee’s West Park Softball League on Tuesday and Thursday nights, May to August. The league is a slow pitch softball league using 12-inch maximum flight softball.
The team does an excellent job of balancing hard nose competition with fellowship between teammates and other teams. Practices start in March/April with league games starting in early May.

Queen of Apostles’ Senior Citizens Queen of Apostles’ Senior Citizens is an organization dedicated to bringing Seniors together for companionship, fellowship and service to the church and community. Meetings are held every third Wednesday of the month in the Parish Hall at 12:00 noon. The annual dues are $5.00 and no senior is excluded because of their faith preference. One does not have to be a member of Queen of Apostles to join. All are welcome.
Beginning with a prayer, a short meeting is held, light luncheon is served and Bingo and cards are played. Members are asked to take turns bringing refreshments. Members also help out with the Vincent Center Meal Program, funeral lunches, annual rummage sale, Frosty’s Fun Fair, etc. Outings are regularly planned.

Queen’s Ball An elegant evening of dinner, dancing, fellowship and good cheer. Throughout the evening opportunities abound to win quality merchandise or cash prizes, participate in a live auction and MORE! This fundraising event supports our parish school and Christian Women Ministry.

Welcoming Committee This committee sees to it that our new parishioners feel welcome and at home. Phone calls and/or visits are made to all the newly registered. The second weekend of each month is Welcome Weekend. The committee offers hospitality following each Sunday Mass, which consists of homemade donuts, coffee and juice. The volunteers are responsible for set-up, serving and clean up. Part of the committee staffs a Welcome Table where new parish members are presented with a houseplant inviting them to “Plant Your Roots and Grow with Us In Faith and Love.”

100 Fund This group of parishioners, offer financial support to the parish as well as cash awards for participants. Membership dues are $60 per year (which may be paid monthly-$5). Drawings for cash prizes are held after the 8:00 am Sunday Mass on the third Sunday of each month (Welcome Weekend). To be a member, use the envelope on the display board in the Gathering Space or contact Cliff George: 262-798-7078.
