Saturday, July 18th along our designated two mile segment of westbound Capitol Drive - from Springdale Rd west to hywy 164.  The event will begin at 8:00 am at the east end of the parking lot. Vests and garbage bags will be provided.  We are typically able to complete our work within an hour and a half.

Volunteers must be at least 11 years old, and all participants need to review the online Adopt-A-Highway safety video.  Gloves, long pants and supportive shoes/hiking boots are recommended.  This is a great way to get some exercise, enhance our environment and be good steward’s of God’s creation.  Any interested individuals may contact Pat Quinn-Casper at 414-828-2681 or pq_c@yahoo.com for more information.  

The Queen of Apostles Parish Christian Women are hosting our second annual “Touch a Truck” fundraiser to benefit No Kid Hungry and we want and need your help!

Kids love all of the vehicles they get to see every day.  The problem is they simply aren’t allowed to get close and check ‘em out. Touch a Truck family fundraiser is a great opportunity to interact with parents, children, volunteers, other drivers and the Pewaukee community at-large to help raise funds for a great cause.
